With a tricky history involving liquidated companies etc, he was incredibly helpful and made the process very smooth, unlike other general brokers. I have been with them for several years now & also have had 2  separate policies previously. I normally liaise directly with michelle. This lady is absolutely brilliant, so courteous, profesional & always answers all my questions to my full satisfaction. Michelle always goes that extra mile to seek out the best possible deal available, always answers my emails/ phone calls in a timely manner. I have had cheaper quotes online But because of Michelle's professionalism I dont mind  paying that little extra to have peace of mind & to have the opportunity to talk directly. Personally I prefer this option rather than just answering questions on a laptop. I have recommended SIS INSURANCE to my family and friends also. Looking at other reviews I have also had dealings with Nathan/ Liam & find them both to be very professional as well. So anyone out there looking for an insurance quote definitely give SIS INSURANCE  the opportunity to find you a competitive price without the hassle of you doing it all yourself
